Refund & Return Policy
Before Shipment:
We offer a full refund for orders that have not yet been shipped. If you wish to cancel your order before it has been dispatched, please contact our customer service team promptly.
After Shipment:
If the items you receive are incorrect or faulty, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your parcel. Please include your contact details, original order number, and photos of the returned item. If it was our mistake then we will happily refund the whole amount and the return shipping costs. In case of an exchange, we will provide the customer with a pre-paid return satchel. If the customer made a mistake and ordered the wrong item or changed his/her mind then all the shipping costs involved are paid by the customer. Item has to be returned in unopened/unused condition.
